I believe that what really matters is that mothers, parents, and families are empowered, listened to, have a fully informed choice, and trust that they have a compassionate, non-judgmental, and timely experienced approach at a pace that’s right for them is absolutely a key to reach their own breastfeeding goals.
I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) since 2004. I have over 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with a background in postpartum and mother and baby units’, In Dubai (UAE) and Canada, and supported more than 100,000 breastfeeding clients over the past 25 years. I am proficient in English and Arabic
I currently offer private lactation consultations in the comfort of your own home and serving the GTA- Durham Region, Scarborough areas.
What is an IBCLC Lactation Consultant?
An IBCLC holds the highest qualification specialised breastfeeding knowledge which supports, protects and promotes breastfeeding.
IBCLCs are knowledgeable in all areas of lactation and provide evidence based information to support both basic and complex breastfeeding challenges. IBCLC is the only internationally regulated and recognized breastfeeding qualification and it is accredited by The International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBLCE).
